Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of Warm Camera, the iPhone app made by Aeon Products Inc. By using Warm Camera you agree to them, together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to every app from the App Store: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
The app
Warm Camera is licensed to you, not sold, for your personal use on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute it, except where the law allows it.
Warm Camera Pro
Warm Camera Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, yearly or monthly, sold and billed by Apple through your Apple Account. A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
Your photos and videos
Everything you shoot is yours. Warm Camera saves it to your own Photos library, and Aeon does not receive it, store it or claim any right to it. You are responsible for what you photograph and share, including respecting other people's privacy and the law where you are.
Captions and connected services
Captions can include information from services you choose to use: Apple Health, Apple Weather, Apple Music, Shazam, Wikipedia and Oura. Each is provided by its owner under its own terms, and may change or stop working without notice. Connecting Oura is optional, read only, and can be undone any time in Warm Camera's Settings, under Integrations. Not medical advice
Steps, calories, heart rate, Oura scores and other readings shown in captions are for fun and keepsakes. They are not medical advice, and Warm Camera is not a medical device. Talk to a professional about your health.
As is
Warm Camera is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, or that features will stay the same. To the extent the law allows, Aeon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost photos or data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. Using Warm Camera after a change means you accept the new terms.
